Your tickets belong to you. This page explains what we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. Without needless jargon.

Data controller
The data controller is Blueshore, a sole trader represented by Rémi Blanchet, publisher of the getescale.com website. Full contact details appear in the legal notice. For any question about your data, please use the contact form.
Data we collect

| Tickets and bookings | The files you choose to upload (PDFs, screenshots, emails), to build your travel app. Optional. |
| Contact message | The name, email and text you send through the contact form. |
| Technical data | Server logs and standard browsing information, generated by our host for security and proper operation. |
We collect no sensitive data other than what your tickets might contain, and we ask you not to upload identity documents.
Purposes and legal bases
- Build your travel app from your tickets, on the basis of your consent (the box you tick when you submit).
- Keep you informed about the launch and send you your link, on the basis of the consent given at sign-up.
- Reply to your messages, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling your requests.
- Ensure the security of the service, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Retention period
- Uploaded tickets: deleted once your app is built, and at the latest within 30 days.
- Email address on the list: kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time.
- Contact messages: kept for the time needed to handle the request, then archived for a reasonable period.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to run the service:
- Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form management (emails and uploaded files pass through and are stored there).
The only item that leaves at your own initiative is the share link for your trip, which you choose to send.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our host Netlify is established in the United States. Any transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Cookies and trackers
The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We only keep, in your browser's local storage, your language and theme preference (light or dark), for your convenience. Nothing is sent to any third party.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
