What Escale does

You import your flight and train tickets and your hotel bookings, in any format: PDF, screenshot, forwarded email. Escale reads them and assembles a personal travel app: a chronological itinerary, weather at every stop, a currency converter, a concierge with great local spots for each city, and practical guides for more than 80 countries.

Everything is available offline, exactly when you need it, whether you land with no signal or you are on a train, and shareable with a single link with your partner, your family or your friends.

Our approach to data

Your tickets belong to you. They are used solely to build your trip; they are never resold or used for advertising. The only thing that leaves is the share link you choose to send.

Escale, not to be confused

Escale is a consumer travel app, available at getescale.com. Our name is close to that of other brands with no connection to us, in particular English-speaking players in enterprise software. To remove any doubt: if you are looking for the app that turns your tickets into a trip, you are in the right place.

Who is behind Escale

Escale is an independent project led by Rémi Blanchet, through his sole trader business Blueshore. The idea was born from a traveler's frustration: too many scattered tools for one simple thing, having your trip at hand, clear, even without a signal. Escale is the answer we wish we had had.

The country guides and recommendations are written and checked by hand, from official sources, with one principle: never claim anything we could not source, especially when a traveler's safety is at stake.
